Thank you (“You”, “Your”, the “User” or “Users”) for downloading Space Escort (the “Application”, or “Service”) for mobile from NEZCOM LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, the “Company”, or “Service Provider”). 3.2 The Application, through the Ad Provider, may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser(s) You use, and information about the way You use the Application.

3.3 The Application does not gather precise information about the location of Your mobile device, but does use approximate location which helps the Ad Provider with the following:

1. Geolocation Services: Provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.

2. Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider to analyze User behavior, identify trends, and improve overall performance and functionality of the Application.

3. Third-Party Services: Periodically, the Service Provider may transmit anonymized location data to external services. These services assist them in enhancing the Application and optimizing their offerings.

3.4 Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their Service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Policy.

3.5 The Service Provider may disclose User information:

1. As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.

2. When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

3. With their trusted services providers, who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information We disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in the Policy.

3.6 Users acknowledge that We are not liable when third-party services use the information provided to them by the User or the Company.

3.7 The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit data from, contact, market to, or collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected such information without parental consent, please contact us so We can try to take the necessary action(s).

4.1 Although the Application may use and transmit Your information through the Ad Servicer, the Company itself does not view, store, collect, or sell your personal information to anyone.

4.2 Users can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.

5.1 All user data collected by the Ad Provider is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. This means that the data is protected and secure during transmission, ensuring that it is not readable by anyone other than the sender and recipient.

5.2 Users acknowledge that the Company is not liable for any data breaches that may occur relating to User information.

Users acknowledge that the Application may contain links to external websites and that the Company is not liable when those websites use information that Users provide them.
